Gruff Grains & Cream of the West
Crystal Manuel: Co-Founder of Gruff Grains and Co-Owner and Educational Spokesperson for Cream of the West
Discover: Ancient Grain Grits and Montana pantry staples
For Crystal Manuel, the story of a meal begins well before it reaches the kitchen. Her experience with Graves’ disease prompted a closer look at the relationship between farming, food, and personal well-being. Alongside her husband, Jody, she helped transition their multigenerational Montana farm to organic and regenerative practices.
Crystal later co-founded Gruff Grains to make ancient grains easier to prepare. Gruff Ancient Grain Grits turn farro into coarsely cracked grits that cook in approximately 12 minutes. Adjusting the liquid creates a creamy porridge or a more granular base for savory meals, sides, and breakfast bowls.
Her work also connects with Cream of the West, established in Montana in 1914. Its offerings include Organic Cracked Oats, Roasted Wheat, 7-Grain cereal, flapjack mix, breading mix, corn flour, snacks, and gift baskets. Together, the two brands bring Montana’s grain traditions into contemporary kitchens.

Very Symbolic
Founder: Kelli Blake
Discover: Dream and symbol interpretations delivered by email
Kelli Blake grew up in a family that paid attention to dreams and signs. She first created Very Symbolic as a personal tool, drawing together family traditions and other approaches to interpreting the symbols people notice in everyday life.
When relatives began returning with their own dreams, animal encounters, and repeating numbers, the idea grew into a service for a wider audience. Very Symbolic draws on nature wisdom, classical dream study, numerology, mystical teachings, and astrological context in its interpretations.
The Quick Read, priced at $8, offers a three-part interpretation of one dream, sign, or symbol. The $21 Full Report includes seven sections with named sources and current astrological context. A free guide introduces 29 symbols and their meanings across traditions. It is a distinctive founder story rooted in Kelli’s interest in how people make personal meaning from what they notice.

We Organize LLC
Founder & CEO: Kruti Naik
Discover: Home, digital, photo, and productivity organization
An overflowing inbox can demand as much attention as an overflowing closet. Kruti Naik’s We Organize takes both seriously, helping individuals, families, professionals, and small-business owners build systems that fit their lives.
Before founding the Northern Virginia business in 2024, Kruti spent approximately 10 years in pharmaceutical research and another 10 in IT, including business analysis and project management. Identifying a problem and finding a workable solution became the connection between those careers and her organizing practice.
Services span Home & Space Organization, Digital Organization, Photo & Legacy Organization, and Productivity & Business Systems. Digital organization is an especially important part of her work, addressing the inboxes, calendars, cloud storage, photos, and apps that quietly accumulate throughout daily life.
“I believe organization should fit the person, not the other way around. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s creating practical systems that make everyday life easier and give you more space for what matters. That belief is exactly why I chose the tagline for We Organize: ‘Your Life, Your Way.’”
