The benefits of juice cleanses are debatable (see here and here), but there’s no question the nutrients and antioxidants in juicing ingredients can function as serious beauty boosters. The same fruits, vegetables and extracts in cleanses are now more popular than ever in skin care products as well. So why not trade in that juice cleanse for a skin care cleanse and reap the benefits in a whole new (diet-free) way?

Grapefruit and Apple
