A review of Octer, a shopping website and app
By Carla Snuggs
I love no-fuss shopping apps that allow you to browse and shop at a variety of your favorite stores. I learned that Octer's aim is to make online shopping as simple as possible for all devices, whether you're browsing on your smartphone, tablet or desktop. Octer lets you shop at some of the biggest US stores and 8,000 brands across all verticals and fashion and they have everyone from Topshop/ASOS to Farfetch/Net-A-Porter. So I was definitely excited to give it a try.
I needed to replace one of my bras, so I headed to Octe. I purchased a beautiful bra and also ended up buying a super comfortable sports bra Nordstrom.com using Octer.com. Using Octer, I paid less than $70 for both items. Nordstrom is a store that I love and trust so it was great to find the things I needed at great prices.
Here's what I love about Octer
I love that Octer is very easy to navigate. You can easily select the category or categories that you're interested in and then refine your search by price or store. You can shop women's, men's, beauty and more. Once you select the item, it takes you directly to the store's website.
Octer has a great selection of stores I love that Octer lets me shop at some of my favorite stores like Bloomingdale's, Macys.com and Footlocker.com It's also very easy to pay for your purchases.
After I loaded my cart at Nordstrom.com using Octer, checkout was a snap with Paypal. I love using Paypal to check out because I don't have to enter all of my credit card info. Checking out and paying for my purchase was fast and easy once I signed in to Paypal!
There's also a really nice style feed, so you can get some really great outift ideas.
