Beauties, let me introduce you Alana Mitchell, founder of skincarebyalana.com as well as alanamitchell.com. I was most interested in The Alana Mitchell line because of the story behind the brand. It actually launched to provide a source of income for Alana’s family, especially the expenses that accompany having a son on the Autism Spectrum. I love supporting and promoting small businesses, specially smart, talented women in business.
In short, I jumped at the chance to try 2 brand new, innovative skincare products from the Alana Mitchell Skincare line: the Alana Mitchell Quick Comeback Masque and the Alana Mitchell 4-in-1 Cleansing Pod.
Alana Mitchell Quick Comeback Masque
This mask is such a great product! The Alana Mitchell Quick Comeback Masqueunique design in design in that the product soaks into a cotton pad and this cotton pad then dissolves and turns into a gel mask. Next, apply the mask to the skin and let it sit for about 15 minutes. The mask made my skin feel firm and hydrated and was easily rinsed away. It REALLY perked up my skin.
Believe me when I tell you, this is such a great quick fix for sad, dry, parched, skin. We may not all have the time or even the funds to get facials regularly, but applying this mask will make you feel like you’ve had one. It’s great for special occasions, date night, or any time you want to look great or pamper yourself.
Alana Mitchell 4-in-1 Cleansing Pod
This 4 in 1 cleaning pod is yet another innovative product. What I absolutely love about Alana Mitchell 4-in-1 Cleansing Pods is that they are the ultimate multi-tasking skincare product. With this one little pod you cleanse, exfoliate and moisturize. It is also a skincare mask. Women like me love quick, fast, easy and effective.
It starts out as a tiny flat sponge that is infused with cleanser. Then, simply add water to active the sponge and the pod expands to become a soft, round sponge. When you squeeze the pod, the pod becomes foamy. Wash your face and neck with the sponge in a circular motion. Then, all ow the cleanser to sit on your face as a mask. Rise away and skin is nice and hydrated. It removed all the dead skin cells, dirt and makeup and left me with super soft, moisturized skin with a health glow.
Overall I highly recommend Alana Mitchell Skincare. It’s natural and effective - the products are paraben-free, cruelty-free and not tested on animals. They also do not contain any artificial fragrances.
