Summer is approaching and bikini season is upon us. I’ve been looking for healthy snacks that will help me stay bikini-ready and was so excited when my friends at Elli Quark asked me to try their delicious products. So, you may be wondering what is Elli Quark? EQ is a yummy fresh cheese, similar to Greek yogurt, but without the sour bite!   

Here’s why I love Elli Quark

• It's also much healthier then yogurt because is high in protein, no added sugar, and no artificial sweeteners or ingredients.
• There are 12 different flavors, each one more delicious than the next. I love the Bananas Foster, Strawberry and Lemon the best!
• Each 6 oz. cup has 80-90 cal, 0% fat, and 14-17g of protein! 
• Elli Quark is currently the only brand to offer flavored dairy products that have a clean label!  

To boot, Elli Quark is a beauty snack because of its stellar nutritional profile. As I'm sure you know, high amounts of sugar are not only detrimental for your body, but for your skin as well. Since Elli Quark has no added sugars, it works great as a snack that has no ill effects on beauty.

My favorite way to eat Elli Quark is topped with a bit of fruit and granola, but it tastes fabulous on its own. It’s so rich, creamy and flavorful.
