5 great tips for a fresh and glowing summer skin

There is a lot you can do with your skin throughout the year. However, if you want fresh and glowing skin with a tan that lasts longer, keep reading. You should follow these five steps, and your skin will feel better than ever, both your face and the rest of your body.

Many people think that taking care of your skin is a hassle and that it will take a lot of time, but you can easily prepare and take care of your skin while reading the NFL Week 1 odds or while watching a TV show. Let’s have a look at the five tips:

1.  Exfoliation

Your skin produces millions of skin cells every day. By exfoliating the skin, you help your skin to remove dead and puffy cells that have not detached from the skin surface, while stimulating cell renewal. This results in fresher, healthier skin.

There are two ways to exfoliate: either by physical or chemical scrubbing. The physical scrub is what is best characterized by "small grains". You feel salt, seeds, sugar, rice flour, etc. in the scrub itself and that it "grinds the skin". Such a scrub uses friction and physically detaches the dead skin cells from your skin. The scrubs, called chemical exfoliation, use fruit acids to dissolve the bonds between the dead skin cells, thus removing them. Make it part of your regular skin care routine.

If you want a long-lasting tan, it is foolish to sunbathe your "old, dead skin". It will disappear pretty quickly anyway, and you can also get an uneven skin tone. If you want an even tan this summer that lasts a long time, then a good scrub at regular intervals is the best thing you can do for your skin. In addition to SPF, of course, so you do not get burned.

2.  Sunscreen

Today, it is quite unnecessary to say so, but sunscreen and sun protection are extremely important. Use an SPF, especially in areas that are constantly exposed to the sun and areas that are most affected by the sun, for example, the face (very important with a high factor), ears, neck, chest, hands, and feet.

You do not get more tan by not using sunscreen or a very low SPF. In return, you will get burned more often and you will damage your skin more often, leaving the skin tone uneven. In the long run, you may have skin that ages faster, is damaged, and is more prone to cancer.

3.  After-sun

What do after-sun or sun-protecting products do for your skin, and do you need them?

Sunbathing and exposure to the sun always cause damage to the skin, no matter how much you protect it. Just getting a tan, even with a high SPF, causes the skin to be affected by free radicals and causes changes in your skin. After-sun is designed to provide extra care for skin, which has been exposed to the sun, both by preventing and repairing the damage. The skin gets extra moisture, elasticity and softness.

And, if you have gotten a sunburn. One of the best you can use is Aloe Vera. That is, PURE, REAL Aloe Vera, not creams, which are added artificial Aloe Vera, which the market abounds with. Or that it is called Aloe Vera cream, with a very small proportion of Aloe Vera in it.

4.  Moisture

Moisture is always important, both in the sun and after. Dehydration of the skin leads to changes in skin structure and premature aging. But when you have been exposed to sun and heat, you sweat, not only physically, but also in the face and in the skin in general and you lose moisture. Drink plenty of water and provide moisture in the day creams, and a good night cream with a lot of moisture and caring properties. This applies to both the face and the body.

5.  Extra care

In the summer we are exposed to heat, sweat, swimming (chlorine and salt water), radiation and maybe also late summer nights with wine and coziness. In the summer, you have time for yourself, and should set aside some time for extra care. Here are some tips to what you may treat your skin with:

·  A good face mask

·  Eyemask

·  Glowing oils or creams

·  Serums
