I recommend PESCAN: A FEEL GOOD COOKBOOK (March 26, Abrams, by best friends and co-authors actress Abbie Cornish (Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri) and chef Jacqueline King Schiller (The Feel Good Kitchen).  PESCAN was born when Abbie, a novice in the kitchen, asked Jacqueline, a graduate of the culinary program at the National Gourmet Institute, for cooking lessons.
