If you follow along on Instagram, you probably already know that I live a keto, primal lifestyle. I eat a high-fat, adequate-protein, low-carbohydrate diet. A keto lifestyle MAY*:

I will be bringing you some of the best keto friendly product as I try them out and incorporate them into my routine on a regular basis. Here are some of my recent faves!

Outer Aisle 

Outer Aisle is a cauliflower based bread-alternative that is made with 4 simple ingredients 63% fresh cauliflower (no filler flours like most of the completion) Cage Free Eggs, Parmesan Cheese and nutritional yeast. They just launched new Jalapeno and Italian flavored sandwich thins and pizza crusts that are a#1 top seller on Amazon. These are a great for anyone trying to cut down on carbs or go Keto. They are ready-to-go and can even be kept outside of the fridge for up to 7 days so you can easily bring  them along in your purse to swap out for a burger bun when you are at the next family BBQ. The owner and CEO, Jeanne David created the brand out of her own health journey to cut out all complex carbs and refined sugars from her diet. I love the sandwich thins! They taste great and I actually crave them.

Smart Baking Company

Smart Baking Company has broken the code on healthy baking, creating products that go beyond gluten-free. Their Smartcakes are gluten- and wheat-free, low calorie, high fiber, diabetic- and keto-friendly and non-GMO.
