Here’s why you should keep a happiness diary

Everybody wants to be happy and live a great life. In fact, many of us spend a great deal of time trying to find happiness. But did you know that by tracking your feelings, having them analyzed and then changing some behaviors, you may be able to live an even happier life? Let me tell you a little bit about the science of happiness:
Analyze.life is a brilliant project by simply.vision. With this innovative happiness diary, a happiness algorithm calculates your happiness and shows you insights about your life based on your tracked feelings. It’s now one of my favorite wellness apps!
TRACK YOUR HAPPINESS
To use analyze.life, simply download the free app on iTunes. The app asks you how your day went: general mood, nutrition, how you slept the night before, and how things went at work. It’s very simple and easy.
ANALYZE YOUR LIFE AND TAKE ACTION
After you enter your responses into your happiness diary, you’ll be given simple actions or behaviors you can do that will increase your happiness! Simply hit the “Improve” tab to take action. For example, after a night of so-so sleep, I was given an action to take tonight. “Take a Warm Bath before going to bed. Be grateful for 3 things in your life. Feel it!” This would definitely make me a bit happier!
One of the great features of analyze.life is that you can also add friends so that you can track and understand your happiness together. I think this is great feature for couples, roommates and families. The ability to work on a path toward happiness together could be healing for those relationships.
I also love that you can enable notifications to get happiness reminders (such as insights and hugs with friends) as well as set how many minutes per day you want to understand happiness. I think these are great ways to help users stay on their journey to happiness.
I’m so excited to continue tracking my life and becoming the best me that I can be. I can’t wait to share this app with my family.
